This year’s Lustrum Conference will have the theme “Energy Security and Sustainability”. The main question that we will try to anwer is “What are the relevent considerations in achieving a safe and sustainable future and to what extent are these reconcilable?”. In order to answer this question, we will look at the topic from different angles, through different speakers. The Conference will open with a plenary session, with lectures by Anna Schoemakers (Executive Director, Greenpeace) and Peter Vermaat (CEO, Enexis). There will also be a video message by Stientje van Veldhoven (Member of Parliament, D66). Afterwards, everyone will be able to attend their preferred masterclasses. We will close the Conference with a plenary discussion, with amongst others a contribution from Liesbeth van Tongeren (Member of Parliament, GroenLinks).
Joining the Conference will give you the opportunity to listen to various speakers from various fields, and get involved in the discussion. During the Conference, you will also have the opportunity to join the Careermarket, where you will be able to find career opportunities in your choosen field.

GroenLinks is een progressieve partij, die duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel heeft. De partij werd opgericht op 24 november 1990 als fusie van de Communistische Partij van Nederland i (CPN), de Evangelische Volkspartij i (EVP), de Politieke Partij Radikalen i (PPR) en de Pacifistisch-Socialistische Partij i (PSP). GroenLinks trok samen met de PvdA op en deed met een gezamenlijke lijst mee aan de Tweede Kamerverkiezingen van 22 november 2023 i. Frans Timmermans i leidt de gezamenlijke fractie i in de Tweede Kamer.
De fractie GroenLinks-PvdA behaalde bij de Tweede Kamerverkiezingen van 22 november 2023 i 25 zetels. Dat zijn 8 zetels meer dan GroenLinks (8) en PvdA (9) opgeteld bij de verkiezingen in 2021. De partij behaalde in 2023 zeven zetels in de Eerste Kamer i en vormt samen met de PvdA een gezamenlijke fractie i van 14 zetels. GroenLinks heeft drie zetels in het Europees Parlement i.
