Ukraine and pro-Russia forces promise to stop fighting - Hoofdinhoud

Pro-Russia fighters and Ukraine agreed Wednesday that as of next Tuesday (1 September), they will stop violating the February ceasefire, news agencies report. The deal came one day after the monitoring mission of the OSCE observed "an increase in ceasefire violations compared with the previous days".
