Purpose and format of the hearing
The hearing will be opened by Commissioner Jonathan Hill. Proceedings will commence with a high level panel of senior policy makers and executives to frame the over-riding challenges and opportunities as seen from a number of key institutional and market perspectives. This discussion will be followed by 3 thematic panels spanning the full range of stakeholder interests: small businesses and corporate capital raisers, retail and institutional investors, alternative finance providers, banks, market intermediaries, trading infrastructures, and supervisory authorities.
