De fractie van de Europese Conservatieven en Hervormers (ECR) is een antifederalistische en conservatieve fractie in het Europees Parlement i en bestaat voornamelijk uit nationalistische en cultureel conservatieve partijen. Het grootste deel van de fractieleden is afkomstig uit de Poolse partij Recht en Rechtvaardigheid.
De fractie is opgericht in 2009 en telt 67 leden, afkomstig uit 16 lidstaten, en is hiermee de vijfde fractie in het Europees Parlement. In tegenstelling tot enkele andere fracties heeft de ECR geen partijorganisatie, al heeft het wel banden met de denktank "Alliance for European Conservatives and Reformists". Het hoogste aantal zetels dat de Europese Conservatieven en Hervormers heeft gehad was 77 in 2019.
