Delegations are advised that the EC/Norway consultations on real time closures, control and technical measures will be held at the above-mentioned venue on 16-18 June 2009, starting at 11h00 on 16 June 2009. An initial Community coordination meeting will take place at the same venue on Monday, 15 June, at 15h00. Further coordination meetings will be arranged on the spot as necessary. This meeting does not qualify for reimbursement of travel expenses under Decision No. 31/2008 of the Secretary General/High Representative.
