Andrej Plenkovic (1970) is sinds oktober 2016 minister-president van Kroatië. Hij was eerder onder meer diplomaat en staatssecretaris voor Europese Zaken. In 2011 werd hij lid van het Kroatische parlement en daarna lid van het Europees Parlement. Plenkovic is leider van de centrumrechtse partij HDZ.
