Mission: The Commission, assisted by independent experts selected on the basis of a transparent process, intends to examine the potential for introducing reforms to innovation support within the existing legal and financial framework. The outputs of this work will feed into the parallel interim evaluation of Horizon 2020, the formulation of the 2018-2020 Work Programme of Horizon 2020 and to the evidence base for the design of EU Research and Innovation Framework Programmes as part of the post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework.
Task: Assist the Commission in relation to the implementation of existing Union legislation, programmes and policies
Assist the Commission in the preparation of legislative proposals and policy initiatives
