Film & Debate: Elke dag 4 mei

On April 27th 2015, the Montesquieu Institute and Filmhuis Den Haag showed the documentary Elke dag 4 mei by Natascha van Weezel. The film is about the children of Holocaust survivers.

Can we still feel the remains of World War Two in our current society? film maker Natascha van Weezel still deals with it, within her family, every day. Her parents were te children of Holocaust survivors. In her movie, Van Weezel spoke with six youngsters who each deal with being Jewish in their own way.

After the film was shown professor in cultural history Martijn Eickhoff, Natascha van Weezel and Max van weezel discussed the film and answered questions from the audience.
