Contents

Article 1

The entry concerning blue fin tuna appearing in the Annex to this Regulation shall replace the corresponding entry in Annex I F to Regulation (EC) No 2742/1999.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.


This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
